"They could cut the queues by making the dishes less complicated. It was busy and the one member of staff was really under pressure on her own. We thought she was so patient with everyone and even though it lengthened the wait she took her time to ensure every customer had a moment of her time and that their orders were correct. A rare quality these days!"

"My latest shopping experience at Morrisons was generally good, but there were a few things that stood out to me. When I first arrived, the store felt clean, well-laid out, and easy to get around. The fresh produce section looked well stocked, and most of the fruit and vegetables appeared fresh and neatly presented. I was able to find the items on my list without too much trouble, although a few shelves elsewhere in the store were a little low or missing certain products. The staff I interacted with were polite and helpful. One colleague on the shop floor helped me locate an item I couldn’t find, and they were friendly and approachable. At the checkout, the process was smooth and efficient, and the cashier greeted me warmly, which made the experience feel more personal. Overall, I would say the visit was positive. I left feeling satisfied with the quality of the products I purchased and the service I received. The only small improvements I’d suggest would be slightly better stock levels in a couple of aisles and perhaps more staff presence during busier times. Otherwise, it was a pleasant and straightforward shopping trip."
